Refund policy

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • Timeframe: Returns/exchanges accepted within 14 days of delivery for non-personalized items. Personalized/customized items are non-returnable unless defective/damaged.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with tags intact. Sale/discounted items may be final sale.

2. Process

  • Initiation: Customers must log in to their account, select the order, and request a return/exchange via the portal. 
  • Free Reverse Pickup: Offered for returns within India (2 attempts). Customers in non-serviceable areas must self-ship to the our office address at C-11/8, 2nd Floor, Yamuna Vihar, Delhi - 110053.

3. Refunds

  • Timing: Processed within 5-7 business days after inspection. Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
  • Restocking Fee: Some competitors charge up to 20% but Zingy could waive this for goodwill.

4. Exceptions

  • Non-Returnable: Personalized items, perishables, and sale products (unless defective).
  • Damaged Items: Report within 14 days of delivery for replacement/refund.

5. International Orders

  • Shipping Fees: Customers bear return shipping costs and customs duties.
