Our Platform: We use Shopify for secure e-commerce operations, ensuring safe transactions and reliable service.


2. Who Can Use Our Site

✓ If ordering for minors (custom story books, personalized gifts), you confirm you're their parent/guardian
✓ You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
✓ One account per person—no sharing login details


3. Ordering & Payment

Product Availability

  • Products are subject to availability
  • Colours may vary slightly due to screen display differences
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer

Pricing

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) including GST
  • Prices can change without notice (won't affect existing orders)
  • Payment is processed securely through our payment gateway

Order Confirmation

We may refuse or cancel orders if:

  • Payment fails or fraud is suspected
  • Product is out of stock
  • Shipping address is undeliverable
  • Bulk/reseller orders without prior arrangement

4. Custom & Personalized Products

When ordering customized items (story books, photo gifts, engraved products):

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate personalization details (names, dates, photos)
  • Ensure you have rights to use any uploaded images
  • Review proof/preview carefully before confirming
  • Understand that custom items have no return options

Our Commitments:

  • Use your data only for creating your order
  • Delete personalization data 60 days after delivery
  • Never share or sell customization information

Important: Custom products cannot be returned unless defective. Double-check everything before ordering.


5. Your Account & Data

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact and shipping information
  • Update details promptly if they change
  • Keep your password secure
  • Not use our site for illegal purposes

We'll handle your data according to our Privacy Policy.


6. Intellectual Property

  • Custom personalization templates and designs
  • Marketing materials and branding

What You Can't Do:

  • Copy, reproduce, or resell our designs
  • Use our brand name or logo without permission
  • Scrape product data or images
  • Create competing products using our templates

What You Own:

  • The physical products you purchase
  • Photos/content you upload for customization (but you give us temporary rights to print/use them for your order)

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
  • We're not responsible for courier delays beyond our control
  • Wrong addresses = reshipping fees apply
  • International shipping may have customs charges (your responsibility)

8. User Conduct

Prohibited Activities:

  • Hacking, spamming, or disrupting our site
  • Posting offensive content in reviews/comments
  • Using bots or automated tools without permission
  • Impersonating others or providing false information
  • Attempting to bypass security features

Violation = Account termination + legal action if necessary.

  • Colours may differ from photos due to lighting/screens

  • Products are for personal use unless specified otherwise

No warranties beyond what's legally required in India.


11. Limitation of Liability

We're not liable for:

  • Delayed deliveries due to courier/weather/strikes
  • Product misuse or damage after delivery
  • Indirect losses (lost business, profits, etc.)
  • Issues with third-party services we don't control

Maximum liability = The amount you paid for your order.

This doesn't affect your statutory rights under Indian consumer law.


12. Returns & Refunds

Governed by our Refund Policy. Key points:

  • 7 days to return non-personalized items
  • Free reverse pickup within India (2 attempts)
  • No restocking fees (we don't charge you extra)
  • Refunds in 1-3 days after inspection
  • Custom/personalized items can't be returned (unless defective)

13. Reviews & User Content

If you post reviews, comments, or photos:

  • You grant us rights to use that content for marketing
  • Content must be honest and not violate anyone's rights
  • We may remove content that's offensive, false, or inappropriate
  • You're responsible for what you post

We don't pre-approve reviews and aren't liable for user-generated content.
